For your Easter holiday, try this Italian amazing recipe!!!
Prep. Time: 40 minutes;
Cooking Time: 10 minutes;
- 17.75 oz of shortcrust pastry;
- 1 cup of icing sugar;
- 4 tbsp of lemon juice;
- a bit of colored and silver sugared almonds
Stretch the shortcrust pastry and cut the biscuits out using biscuits with Easter themed shapes;
Place them on the oven plate, covered with parchment paper, and place them in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 356 F, they are ready when the edges begin to brown.
Meanwhile prepare the icing by working the icing sugar with the lemon juice.
Distribute a thin layer of frosting on each cookie and add the colored and silver sugared almonds to complete the decoration.
Let them dry well before serving.
