- zucchini flowers
- 2 eggs
- all purpose flour
- fry oil
Clean the zucchini flowers, remove the large part where the stem is attached, open them in two and quickly pass them under water, drain them.
Pass them first in the lightly beaten egg with a pinch of salt.
- Now pass them in the flour
Fry them in plenty of very hot oil.
- Turn the flowers so that they color well on both sides, when they are colored, drain them on a sheet of absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
