Measurement And Conversion Charts

I always used metric system, so to me cups, teaspoons and fluid ounces were like speaking in a foreign language.
I hope this chart could help to convert and understand different measurements, because I always try to stick as much as possible to the original recipe, adapting myself to another culture and not viceversa.

I highly recommend to buy a simple kitchen scale that can measure in ounces and grams.

I bought mine on Amazon.com for a few bucks and it works very well !!!
