OLD FASHIONED ITALIAN VEAL BRACIOLE


This is the typical recipe for preparing veal chops.

In Southern Italy, one of the classic dishes to serve for lunch on Sundays.

 

Servings:4

INGREDIENTS:

8 veal slices;

Parsley;

Salt and pepper;

Garlic;

White wine;

1 Bottle of Tomato Sauce;

 

 

METHOD

Roll out the veal slices and add a pinch of salt and pepper.


Add the parsley, chopped cheese and garlic.
Now roll up the slices and close them with toothpicks.

 

In a saucepan, sauté half an onion finely chopped and add the chops.

Cook for 10 minutes and add a glass of white wine.

Once the wine has evaporated, you can add the tomato sauce.

 

Add a glass and a half of water, a tablespoon of salt and cook over low heat for about 1 hour and a half.

In another pot cook the pasta and when cooked, after having drained it and put it back in the pot, add the sauce of chops.

A sprinkling of pecorino romano and … Buon Appetito!
