For your Valentine’s day, a delicious vanilla SPONGE cake.
500 g-4.38 cups cake flour
250 g -1 Cup butter
250 g-1 Cup sugar
5 large eggs
250 ml -1 Cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla
1. Sieve flour add baking.
2.Beat butter and sugar until fluff
3. Add eggs one at a time and continue beating until incorporated
4. Add vanilla essence
5. Gradually add the flour into your butter mixture alternating with milk
6 pour batter in a greased pan and bake for 40 minutes 356 F in preheated oven.
7. Cool on wire rank, slice and serve.
